Privacy Policy

How we handle information when you browse the site or contact us.

Last updated: July 2026

Information we collect

You can browse the Site without creating an account or providing personal information. If you use the Contact form, we collect the name, email address, subject, and message that you submit. Our hosting providers may also process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.

How we use information

We use Contact form information only to read, manage, and respond to your enquiry, protect the Site from misuse, and maintain an appropriate record of correspondence. Technical information is used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site. We do not use Contact form information to make automated decisions about you.

Email delivery

Contact form messages are delivered using SendGrid, an email delivery service operated by Twilio. The details you submit are therefore processed by Twilio on our behalf for the purpose of delivering the message. Please do not include medical records, test results, payment details, or other highly sensitive information in the Contact form.

Analytics and local storage

The Site may use privacy-conscious analytics or similar measurement tools to understand aggregate use, such as pages visited and general device information. Some interactive features may store preferences or temporary state in your browser. You can control cookies and stored site data through your browser settings, although disabling them may affect some features.

Sharing information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to host, secure, monitor, or deliver email for the Site, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Site, or our legal rights.

Retention and security

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to enquiries, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent misuse. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction on the use of your personal information. You may also have the right to object or complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact us to make a privacy request.

Children

The Site provides general educational information and is not intended to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the Contact form, please contact us so that we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The latest version will always be published on this page with its last-updated date.

To ask a privacy question or exercise your rights, use our Contact page. Please do not include medical records or other highly sensitive information.
